      Players who have breached our bonus terms and conditions and are receiving a deposit refund as a result, are subject to the deduction of payment processing charges incurred by TradaCasino on all the players deposits and withdrawals.

      If used to make a deposit, a copy of the front and back of your credit card a screenshot of your ewallet account and for bank transfers we will require a copy of your bank account.(for your own security please block the middle digits and the 3 digit CVV code on the back)

      If we do require any of the above information we will request it by e-mail. Any request will be to help us with your security and to adhere to the gaming license laws of The UK Gambling Commission and Jersey Gambling Commission .

    We may request additional documents under the following circumstances:

    • A request is made to withdraw funds to a different account than the one used to deposit funds
