How do I create an account?

Do I need identification?
At different times we may need to verify your account details with further paper documentation. If we are unable to verify the information that you provide to us when you register, we will require you to send us any or all of the following documentation:

Proof of address: We will accept one of the following: A recent account statement (i.e. no more than 3 months oldstrong>) from a recognised bank, building society or credit card company or the most recent mortgage statement from a recognised lender, A recent rates, council tax bill dated within 12 months, A utility bill (recent in respect of utility bills is considered to be for the last quarter i.e. no more than 3 months old ). Mobile telephone bills are not acceptable as evidence of address under any circumstances. Documents provided to verify an address should not refer to P O Boxes or 'care' of addresses.
A copy (front & back) of the credit / debit card used to make a deposit, a screenshot of your ewallet account and for bank transfers we will require a copy of your bank account.
If we do require any of the above information we will request it by e-mail. Any request will be to help us with your security and to adhere to the gaming license laws of The UK Gambling Commission and Jersey Gambling Commission.
How do I check my financial / betting history?
At any time you can check your transaction history through the My Account function. Here you can view all transactions and set your personal limits. This can be accessed, once logged in by clicking on your name, then My Account on the top of the page.
I want to change my password. How do I do that?
If you would like to change your password, you may do so by logging in, with your existing TradaCasino email address and password. Once logged into the site click on your name located on the top, then My Account, then Profile, then Password and then enter a new Password.
My personal details have changed what should I do?
You are able to change your personal details under the My Account screens. Once logged into the site click on your name located on the top, then My Account, then Profile.
Can I register more than one credit / debit card?
Yes, you can have more than one card registered to your account, however, for security reasons you can only use one payment card for the purposes of depositing and withdrawing funds from your account at any one time. If the card you have registered with us has since expired you can update this on the Deposit page. Depositing from one payment method and withdrawing to another is strictly prohibited.
What currencies can I play in?

My payment card has expired what should I do?
If your payment card has expired, you can change the expiry date on the 'Deposit' screen. Once logged in, go to "Cashier" and you can then update the payment type by adding the new cards information.
How do I close an account?

How do I deposit money?

What is the max / min deposit?

How do I withdraw cash?

How do I send my ID to you?
